Policies & Client Agreement

APPOINTMENTS & ARRIVALS

  • Hair must be clean. Clients agree to shampoo their hair before their appointment or pay $30.00 for shampoo at the Salon (NO EXCEPTIONS).

  • All services are by appointment only and consultations appointments are required prior to select services.

  • Please do not bring any uninvited guests to appointments.

  • No children allowed unless they are being serviced, parents MUST remain in the Salon with their children for the entire appointment.

NO-SHOWS, RESCHEDULING, & CANCELLATIONS

  • Clients will give 48-hour advance notice if they need to reschedule or cancel their appointment.

  • Please be on time. Late fees are assessed at 20 minutes after scheduled appointment , anything after 20 minutes late will need to be RESCHEDULED!!

  • A charge for the FULL AMOUNT of any scheduled appointment resulting in a no call no show will be assessed for all no shows before another appointment can be made!!

  • If you are sick please cancel/ reschedule your appointment within 24 hrs!

CELL PHONES & RECORDING DEVICES

  • Sassylocks & More LLC reserves the right to take photographs/videos of their work for advertisement, documentations, and demonstrating purposes. Photos and videos may be used in subsequent years. (NO monetary consideration shall be paid).

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

  • A nonrefundable $100 deposit is required when booking an installation appointment. Installation may be rescheduled once not exceed 30 days to maintain deposit if unavoidable conflict arises. Remaining install 30 days to maintain deposit if unavoidable conflict arises. Remaining install balance is Due on Day 1 of install (NO EXCEPTIONS).

  • Sassylocks and More LLC accepts Credit/ Debit Cards, Cash, Cash App and Money Orders.

  • NO REFUNDS. The labor of your consultant cannot be refunded once service is rendered. Should your outcome be unsatisfactory, please contact Maame via email.

SAFETY

  • This is a smoke-free environment.

  • When reserving your services, please notify your consultant of any medical conditions that may affect or be affected by your services, e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, lesions, pregnancy, diabetes, or physical ailments. This will help us provide you with optimized care. We cannot be held responsible for aggravating any condition that has not been disclosed prior to services.
